This recipe was absolutely amazing. This recipe will always be in my arsenal. I served it over a wild rice blend. If you like cilantro, you have to make this!

I have made this several times and it has become one of our favorite chicken dishes! I reduce the sauce a bit so its not so watery and we like it better that way and its still wonderfully moist.
