I gave this recipe 5 stars but for some reason my bread got soggy and kinda sloppy. I brushed the bread with EVOO and toasted it just like the recipe called for but the bread got soggy. I’ll make it again to try to resolve this problem.

Hi, Gabrielle. I don’t think you did anything wrong. The tomatoes will for sure soften up when you roast them. The only think I can think of is maybe they were overly ripe before you cooked them?

Hello Suzy, I tried the fire roasted tomatoes and the flaour was delicious – but thes were like very mashy. Is this ok or did I do something wrong?
