I am always looking for healthy vegetarian recipes for my daughter and this salad was off the hook delicious! What a wonderful flavor profile! I have made Italian dressings before but the fresh thyme instead of dried made such a difference! I will be making this many many more times! Thank you for the recipe!

This is delicious!! Everyone that eats it seems to ask for the recipe. So fresh and packed with flavor and nutrients. Add a touch of honey to the dressing for a slight sweetness. Love this recipe. Thanks for sharing it!
