Loved this recipe!! Made dinner for 10 and everyone raved! Definitely make tsaziki with it. Made Mediterranean rice as a side. Used boneless chicken thighs. Guests were impressed and I loved how I could make the skewers ahead and grill when everyone arrived. Economical too.
