Easy, fresh and light. Very flexible, didn’t have enough green beans so chopped up a courgette. Added in precooked white potato’s which absorbed the yummy sauce. I used haddock which is easier to get off the boat. However, haddock is thinner and cooks faster. I would put it al together and cook for 15 mins then take the fish out and coo the veg for a further 5 Minutes. Love this recipe!
