First time I had a watermelon salad. Absolutely loved it. Included thinly sliced shallots.

Having said that watermelon’s come in such varying sizes, it would be helpful if instead it was in cups of cupped watermelon. I have the same issue when it says Add a bunch of parsley or cilantro. bunches vary greatly from one store to another.

This is colorful and bright and the dressing give it a nice little kick. I added a tiny bit of balsamic vinegar to the dressing and that also brightened it up. Feel free to change the proportions of ingredients to suit you. I had a monster cucumber to use up so I put in a lot more cucumber and it was fine.
