This was such a flavor and texture bomb! Creamy garlicky yogurt, sweet slightly charred carrots, and the crunchy nutty dukkah. I’m glad I have a lit of carrots in the garden! Will be making this again and again!@

Hi, Linda. The nuts here are in the Dukkah. If seeds are safe, you could always try a combo of pumpkin, sesame and/or sunflower seeds in place of the nuts in that recipe.
