This recipe was great. I couldn’t believe all the wonderful flavor. I think I put too many tomatoes on top because there was a lot of liquid in the bottom of the pan. Everything was really tasty.

Paired this yummy, easy chicken dish with a simple garlic-olive oil spaghetti and a green salad. Made a wonderful summer dinner. Leftovers are coming with us on a camping trip to be warmed up after a day of hiking. Love all the recipes on your website. It is my go to for easy delicious meals.
