Much too tart from including so much fresh lemon and lemon peel. Also, the drink was much too sweet and I did not care for the lime being included. I think next time, I will use fresh watermelon and peeled lemon in a smaller quantity along with crushed ice.

I also wanted to add – I discovered that, with this drink, a little goes a long way. It’s much more filling and refreshing than anything you’ll buy in a store.
